“Great views from restaurant and bar; great sunrise/sunset spots; nice pool area; really nice streams everywhere; breakfast nice but some more vegetarian options would be nice; coffee and plate clear up at breakfast should be improved; arrival and check-in could be more welcoming; bird watching promoted but no official guide available; bird species booklets expensive; trekking guide spoke no english and was not helpful at all for the price”

“No one, even on reception, spoke English, so communication was difficult. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was poor, the food lukewarm and had been standing a long time. There were few, if any, other visitors, and we did not speak to anyone during our stay. There was a spa, massage and restaurant advertised, but no sign of these. The location was just outside the centre, but easy walking distance.”
