Das Haus ist auf den Fotos besser dargestellt als in der Realität. Es ist ein fast heruntergekommenes Haus, das eine komplette Renovierung vertragen könnte. Von Rissen in den Fliesen im Badezimmer bis hin zu einer nicht mehr ordnungsgemäß funktionierenden Duschstange (immer noch funktionsfähig) von der Küche bis hin zu alten, abgenutzten Stühlen im Wohnzimmer. Es könnte alles ein wenig Liebe, Aufmerksamkeit und Renovierung gebrauchen.
