All necessary amenities and shops are located in Sankt Michael im Lungau and can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.
The house is situated on an 800 m² fenced plot, where children can play outside and your dog can let off steam to his heart's content. A complete renovation has been lovingly carried out in recent years. The kitchen is fully equipped and all bedrooms and the living room have satellite TV (including streaming services in the living room). The large kitchen with floor heating is well-equipped for self-catering and preparing scrumptious homecooked meals. You can park on the property directly at the house.
