The Villa was relatively clean, until i found a cockroach in my master bedroom. It was alive and well, we managed to get it out ..."

"Not enough staff, not all rooms were available by 3pm. Beach was not well accommodated, no beach chair or anything provided by the hotel, just the beach and you. Pools (3) were nice but could be better. The place is a little remote by everything else so the hotel should arrange some kinda of activities. ..."
