Large studio on the ground floor of a mansion, in the heart of the historic center and 50 m from the main square in a pedestrian street. This studio includes a 25m2 room with a kitchen and en-suite private bathroom. Completely renovated at the end of 2023, this studio will please you with its marble floor and neat design, as well as its location, ideal for enjoying the pleasures of the historic center to access transport (train station and tram 5-8 minutes' walk...)
