「The property is clean, comfortable and has all the essentials that you could want or need. The bed and bedding was comfortable and good quality. The towels were soft, plush. Paula and her local cohost were responsive if you needed them. This is the second time I have chosen this property. The covered part was a huge bonus, it kept the car out of the direct sunlight and kept it much cooler. I highly recommend this property」

「A spacious loft with everything you could want for the perfect retreat from your everyday business. The property owner is gracious and kind, providing a number of thoughtful touches to make you feel at home. If you are traveling through Brownwood or choosing to stay for a bit to experience the sights and history, do yourself a favor and book your stay here. I truly can’t imagine staying anywhere else in or around Brownwood!」

「Excellent communication. Nice rooms. However, person staying next door to us had a dog that would randomly bark and after a bit it would finely settle. Bathroom toilet was not cleaned. For just a place to lay our head it did the trick. We would've loved to take advantage of the sitting area outside, but the weather was not going to allow that. We would stay again and hopefully our next stay will be better.」

「Beautiful property in a secluded setting on a working ranch. As a surprise bonus, the owner supplied us with a dozen fresh eggs from their free range chickens. Yummy! The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed, and there were plenty of big, thick, thirsty towels. Hubs forgot his charger, and the owner went above and beyond to mail it to us! We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area!」
