“The property is tired. Some of the staff worked hard. Some were obviously inexperienced. But the big problem was there were not enough capable staff. Long waiting times for food. Ordering systems that failed. Simple things like getting your own coffee at breakfast did not work. Altogether a lack of energy and commitment to getting things right was missing. No obvious management. Fabulous views, great weather. Frustrating hotel. We stayed one night. Could not imagine staying longer. What a lost……

“Just returned from a 7 night stay at Savoy view apartment The accommodation was excellent, everything needed for the stay was provided and the rooms were tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. We arrived early after a 6 hour drive and expected we’d have to wait around a few hours until check in but we were surprised to notice that the key had been made available a lot earlier which was lovely. The property is in an ideal location for exploring the beaches and coves on the Lizard peninsula.……

“Ugh, what a disaster! So, I booked this place for two nights, right? Get there, and the main door to the key lockbox is jammed shut. Called the host like fifteen times, and nada—no answer. Had to scramble to find another place 'cause my girlfriend's pregnant, and we couldn't just hang around. To top it off, they wouldn't give me a refund! Had to fight it through my bank. Seriously, avoid this place like the plague. No one answers, and it feels like a total scam. ”

“Staff were lovely but the property needs a lot of TLC. The bathroom is tiny but well equipped. Good location for st Michael's Mount but not much else nearby. Bonus was, they offered breakfast included but we weren't hungry enough for a full English breakfast 😟”

“This is our 4th stay - so clearly it suits us. Friendly, comfortable and clean. Good food in pub. The mini bathroom, ( in room 2) however, needs a couple of simple improvements! The light over the mirror is still hanging loose - as per previous stays! The shower head is loose and you have to hold it with one hand to stop spray going directly downwards- which is nigh impossible! There needs to be a label on the power switch to the shower- currently it’s a search and a case of” I wonder if this……
