“The good....The room was really clean, the decor was beautiful and the bed was so so comfortable. There was a lot of pillows, the AC worked great, and there were plugs on the bedside walls, next to the side tables to charge phones etc. It was downtown , and the staff was kind. The ok...The bathroom was mostly clean, but dirt was built up in the corners of the bathroom floors, the paint was chipped along the floor boards, the jetted tub showed signs of corrosion. I was really looking……

“Just WOW! This was like staying at you eccentric, generous, Bohemian uncle’s place - cool art and artifacts EVERYWHERE, snacks and drink offerings available 24 hours/day, and well appointed, clean, and comfortable “guest” room! The night we came in, I was lucky enough to actually meet Chef “Uncle” John Cariere, the proprietor. He was very welcoming and accommodating and invited us to the complimentary breakfast. We could smell it the next morning, but were just too comfortable to get out of the……

“This is not like other Margaritta Hotels. Our room was nice and clean, but the restrooms down in the main lobby were dirty. Valet parking was not available. The front desk was not friendly at check in. The food at the sports bar had a great club sandwich, but my chief salad was terrible. Tomatoes and avocados were spoiled should not have been served that way. Waitress did her best she was overwhelmed. Not enough staff on hand. We did not use the casino. They didn't have any keno slots or……

“Rooms and hotel were OK. Proximity to the convention is great. Walk thru the lobby and into the convention center. Hotel needs a facelift. Room was clean but needed a refresh. Bathtub/shower definitely needed work. Rust stains in bathtub.”

“The room was clean, though the ac unit was loud. The staff were courteous & eager to assist. Breakfast menu was great except for the broken pancake maker. Ample parking.The hotel was close to the freeway”

“Everything was good! Breakfast was great just took a little too long to get drinks and food other than that everything else was perfect!”

“This was my second stay at this location. For some reason the exterior doors were poorly sealed (2x). Many small bugs flying around room. Had to jam towel in door gaps to try and mitigate.”

“Property as a whole needs some maintenance. The staff was excellent in all respects Miss Destiny was exceptional and a wonderfull hostess for the hotel ”

“Clean room and friendly staff”

“There was open soap wrappers and the luggage holder was rusted and covered in paint. Majority highway noise all night and bed was rock hard. Breakfast wasn’t nothing great but was good enough yogurt fruit toast waffles eggs and sausage. Pool was clean and seemed like a okay area the residents were quiet. Outside the building was clean and gave plenty of towels in the room.”

“Not worth nightly rate ,almost no parking. Hotel is outdated, hallways and carpet have bad smell , restrooms are very small.”

“A little noisy but otherwise GREAT. There’s a Texas Roadhouse right in front of the hotel so that was convenient. Staff were phenomenal! Right off 1-25. Way better than a regular hotel. Didn’t make it up in time for breakfast but it smelled good. I felt very safe , would return in a heartbeat. Very clean, comfortable bed.”
