Staff was extremely courteous. Since my stay included breakfast, this hotel serves the best breakfast spread and the serving staff is very responsive as well. White Pearl Colaba
3 stars is only because of location and cleanliness. The service was below what you will get in a hotel in India. We had to ask several times to get the room cleaned, there is no tea/coffee and kettle in the room, or room service available. It is very basic. But the location and price are good.
