Rooms were not equipped as per the price I paid. They kept shutting down TV channels. They would clean room only upon request. For $50 more per day, I could have booked ITC but due to wedding season it was not available. I would not recommend this facility to anybody.

A pethatic hospitality

God knows how my single night stay was over. Room was very tiny. There was no room to fresh air. A Single window in the room was giving us a lavish seen of waiters washing clothes, utensils. In washroom, Mirror is so old that it is almost faded. Lift is very scary and smelly. This hotel is value for nothing. If possible I can give a negative rating, felt like cheated. Last but not the least, there breakfast is so cheap, you will feel that a street side food is better.

If traveling by bus from Pune, good location

Location was very near to Dadar Bus Stand and Dadar Station, easy on getting taxi anytime, staff is cooperative and nice, room is really small, hot water flask in the room was untidy, we expected water faucet in the bathroom to be replaced immediately which didn't happen

Conveniently located hotel in the city center.

This is business hotel & you shouldn't expect too much. However due to its unique location right in the heart of the city, it becomes extremely convenient to catch a train, bus or plane. This is a prime shopping district of Mumbai & you get what you want ! !

One of the worst hotels I have ever seen

I just stayed there for 1 night in April, 2014 and found it one of the worst and dirtiest hotels in the world. The front staff of the hotel was arrogant and asking too many questions which were not even relevant. The room was not neat and tidy and needed a recleaning. The bathroom was worst than a common Mumbai Chaal toilet. In a nutshell, I had a very uncomfortable and terrible stay there. I would suggest everyone who is reading this review not to even consider this hotel even it is offered at free of cost.

Horrible hotel located at very crowded area in Dad

It was a very weird experience staying at Avon Ruby hotel. The pricing of hotel does not at all is justified if one considers its location, staffing, room and other facilities. The photographs pictured in internet are all a way of making fool for an online booking. My suggestion to anyone making an online booking is to avoid this hotel.

I had made a reservation for 3 and I was put in an 8x8 room.Too cramped.Bathroom was just usable.CRT TV!! with a broken remote!!The breakfast was pathetic. The only best thing about the hotel is the proximity to Dadar station and the friendly staff.

Horrible!!!!! and the amount they are charging for such type of room is not at all accepted. Now, I have doubt on Expedia too. A day at Avon Ruby

I had stayed at Hotel Avon Ruby just for day and the experience was quite satisfactory. Being a girl safety always remains the first concern, so with respect to safety and security it's really good. The room was very comfortable with each and every furniture and fittings with great quality. The Dadar market is also easily accesible from the Hotel and at a walking distance may be. The best part was the food which I had ordered both for my breakfast and dinner, quite authentic in taste. I could even take a cab service form the Hotel and the driver was also quite cooperative and helpful and he knew how to deal with guests who are new to Mumbai or not so much familiar with Mumbai.
