Staff are nice, but the room is a nightmare. The room stinks, no A/C, and you will sleep with some cockroaches. The photos on the website is totally different. Not staying again for sure.

One disaster after another.

Very small rooms with serious damp throughout the room, washroom and hall to the rooms. We only stayed 2 nights and on leaving we could feel the moisture setting into our backpacks and clothing inside. We paid for an AC room but everytime we wanted to use the air conditioning we had to go to reception and ask them to put on for us as they switch it off at the mains to suit them. Also when we first checked in we asked the staff to help us with booking our onward transport and this was great. Unfortunately when we returned that evening we were told the original 3500 we were asked for and paid was not enough and we would have to pay an extra 900. We refused this and we're told we could then have a refund. This was paid back to us in installments that I had to ask for 3 times. Because of this we found else where to book our transportation. We found this at half the price but slightly later than originally planned so we asked could we have a late check out due to the mistake and were told to stay as long as we wanted. However on checking out we were then aggressively asked to pay a full nights rate for this convenience. We argued our case for a while and gave up in the end with 300 taken off the bill. Nice area but lots of other places to choose from.

Hotel propre bien situé - personnel très aimable

Nous avons été super bien reçus par le manager et le personnel très à l'écoute de nos demandes. L'hotel est très bien situé, il est propre et relativement calme quand on sait qu'on est quand même à Bombay ! nous y retournerons !

You won’t get what you paid for! AVOID

We booked a deluxe room for 2 nights. When we arrived at 9pm they said they didn’t have our booking. After showing my confirmation, they finally agreed to give us a room but made us wait one hour! When we were shown to room at 10.30pm it was a tiny box room. I showed them that we had booked deluxe, they said this is not true, that they only had a booking for standard room (magically found booking) and that we paid only gets us a standard room - not the deluxe I booked! He then said he would change rooms next morning, but then refused sayi t we haven’t paid for deluxe and none available (however I had seen an empty deluxe room!) The room we had been given is nothing like pictured, no duvet on bed, no free toiletries, no daily housekeeping, no fridge, no free water as advertised, really strong smell of mould, dirty walls, ripped bedding, dangerous wires coming out of walls etc. Hotels.com phone hotel and hotel refused to assist them. Avoid!
