A good budget hotel with nice, polite staff and reasonable facilities. The a/c, fan, cable TV, fridge and hot water all worked well and the unit was cleaned daily. I stayed there for 4 nights in August 2022 and would stay there again as it suited my needs. The only disappointment was the pool which looked like it had not been cleaned for a while and had no operating water filter.

Friendly staff, property a bit old sadly

- The staff were welcoming and treated us (a young western couple) very nicely. The check-in at 2am went perfectly well. - The rooftop swimming pool area seemed nice but the rest of the hotel is run down and looks old. - Surprisingly, the wifi was good and reliable even in our room. - The AC worked well. - The breakfast was disappointing. Things are missing, like a toaster for bread, no fruit juice at all, no fruits except watermelon. The breakfast area looks old and not much light. Tiny things that could be fixed so easily. - The location is close to Andheri but the way to the hotel is a bit dirty. The local trains to Andheri are also very scary (if you take them at peak hour you will have the worst moment of your life). But that is not the Hotel's fault, Mumbai isn't a city for western tourists, that's the overwhelming conclusion of our holidays there.

Good place needs work

If the room was cleaner and had more amenities this place would be easily recommended. Shower leaked, we bought tissues, washers, pillows, toilet paper, face washers, cleaning cloths. Room was quite dirty and in need of a deep clean. Great buffet breakfast, reasonable priced restaurant and friendly staff in good location. Great wifi

Value for money

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and would like to say that it ticked all my boxes . Hotel room was neat and clean, room service was perfect and any food we ordered was delivered in the time frame mentioned. Hotel is centrally located in andheri in a residential area and walking distance to andheri station ( For me 15 mins still a walking distance). For those who know mumbai / andheri getting a decent hotel with neat rooms and location in les than Rs 3k per night is value for money. We stayed at 5th floor, its not the location where you can find views and i am sure this is same for higher floors. So dont expect any great views of neibors. It would have been better if all the corridors got AC and not just lobby and rooms. All in all pleasant stay and value for money..
