Wonderful stay in Mumbai

Its my business trip to Mumbai for 5 days. The location is just nearby the airport and as convenient as it should be. The room service and house keeping make the journey joyful and comfortable. Definitely will come and stay again for my next visit.

Overall it was good, but we had some issues

Had some issue with one of the concierge guys, but overall it was a good experience. All the hotel staffs were great except that one person who helped us to look for a taxi. I asked him to negotiate with the driver for a reasonable price and the taxi driver ended overcharging us six times the market price. The hotel manager and security manager helped to locate the taxi driver and made him pay a 60 percent refund. They said it was a misunderstanding/miscommunication (that the money that we pay was for 4 hours instead of one trip), but on hindsight, I can clearly remember that the concierge guy only told us the price, but he never mentioned that it was for 4 hours and/or the taxi driver would be waiting for us. Anyhow, everyone else was great.

My new home in Mumbai

Amazing stay, very friendly and helpful staff, specially manager Nikita very helpful on receiption. Surely I will recommend this hotel to my family n friends. Security very nice. Hygienic.

Excellent place to stay at a reasonable price

Stay was excellent. I stayed for 5 nights in last week of March’2021. Very comfortable and service is world class. Rooms are good sized and comfortable. Bathroom is neat and clean and shower is good and relaxing. Buffet breakfast is good though a bit repetitive. Lunch and dinner selection are good and reasonably priced. The entire hotel staff is very mindful of COVID 19 and takes good precautions. Good fitness center, Spa and the bar is excellent with good choices of whiskey.

Good near mumbai airport

Great hotel. The staff was good but the room service was at times very very slow. Great if you need to be close to Mumbai airport.

Great rooms and excellent service

Hotel rooms are excellent. Dinner and breakfast was included in the package which meant we did not have to go out during peak covid season. The staff provided great service with food delivered to our rooms. Extra precautions were taken about cleanliness and social distancing. Parking location doesn’t have ventilation so an issue if you have a driver and car for overnight stay. They do have outside parking spaces which can be used in these cases. We had a third person in the room which created a hiccups during check-in but was sorted right away. Overall the stay was excellent and comfortable.
