I booked the room through expedia a day before.But when reached there and checked in the room I got had some damage on the wall & concrete has been broken.Cement & dust was on the floor making the room suffocating & dirty.Also in the same floor their buiding works ongoing so it was noisy & uncomfortable.Even after requesting for changing the room they told they dont have extra rooms that day.Also they did not give me free wifi as shown in facilities.Also breakfast even included by me in itenary and extra amount has been paid breakfast timing in hotel was 9 to11,which is actually a brunch timing which was not conveneient for me so I did not had breakfast there.The experience was terrible & customer service was very poor.
