「當初會住宿此地即是看上房間裡面設有壁爐，松木燃燒的香氣令人感到愉悅。整潔度，浴室排水不良等問題可以加強一下。服務人員的英語能力和接待態度也建議要提升。」

「Check in was easy, the staff were great and helpful. I will def be staying here on my next trip.」

「After a long drive I just wanted to go to my room, but the “concierge” was very insistently trying to sell me a time share. I told him a couple times I just wanted to go to my room and he ignored me and kept selling. I finally had to get angry so they’d let me go to my room. After a long drive with the kids I don’t need to be sold too. Also a $26 “resort fee” upon check in」

「Stayed in an ADA room, the bed was too low and very uncomfortable. We asked to be moved to another room and that was not possible. We checked out a day early due to the bed! We did love the fact that there was a kitchen so we could cook everyday. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking pans and utensils you would need.」

「The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.」
