“Great place to stay if you plan to be out all day. Staff are wonderful & so friendly.
Would be nice to have a mini fridge in the single rooms. Luckily I had the family suite which had one.
Worth noting that the juggalos are completely dark with minimal electrical lights, no windows. Just a shutter but if you open that all the cold air leaves the room. And trust me, it’s very steamy in Jan so you’ll want the aircon on. This also means that you hear every noise too and there’s quite a lot of……

Bad things:

“Biu Biu is a excellent resort with stunning sea horizon view and the open bath (required prior reservation) with sunset view is great. There is also a small private beach with nice wave. Restaurent for breakfast and dinner are lovely. We will definitely come back again in Bali. ”

"We booked family connecting room for our trip this time, requesting extra bed in each room for the kids. The rooms are neat and clean. The staffs are nice and respond our request quickly.
There are a variety of activities can do in hotel. We stayed in hotel one full day. We played at the beach which can walk directly from hotel lobby. We also swim and rent the bikes from hotel and took a bicycle rides along the beach. The kids love it! And our family also played picco ball in their court (they provide tennis court and table tennis table as well). At the end of the day, I enjoyed the spa (which is at Conrad standard). A lot of things can do in hotel, will not be bored!
Food is good, particularly we like the Rin Japanese food restaurant. We spent 2 dinners at Rin, one is buffet and one is à la cart menu. Both are exceptional. Tasty food at relatively cheaper price than in Hong Kong. We love it!"
