The STX was a great resort but it has fallen into minor disrepair. I love the location and the customer service were nice and friendly.

remoted facility in the mountain side. This resort for private company use before... now open to public. Not so much facility inside (one restaurant and one shop). Limited staffs who need to care everything for front desk and small coffee bar. However open hot spring facility is very good (of course you need to pay). Breakfast restaurant closes too early.

숙소는 연식이 있어 노후화되긴 했지만 전반적으로 깔끔하고 가격 대비 시설 이용하기 좋습니다
특히 비수기 요금은 정말 저렴해서 대가족 여행으로 참 좋은 리조트 입니다

히터작동이 안되는듯했음., ㅠ 온돌은 미지근하고 추웠네요.이불필수로 덮어야했네요.. 동절기 어린아이들잠자리로는 좀 아쉬운숙박이였네요~ 그외에 다좋았다능:)♡

설비가 오래됐어요. 그릇색이 바랬고, 누렇게 변색된 부분이 많아 사용할 엄두가 안났어요. 전자렌지 에어콘 색이 베이지에요. 벽지도 오염이 많아요 프론트 직원은 친절하지 않아요. 지하에 오락실과 편의점이 있고 침구가 폭신하고 좋았어요. 청소는 잘되어 있었어요

체크아웃 여직원만 빼면 다 만족
시설만족 청결만족 가격만족 서비스는 글쎄요... 체크아웃 하러 아침일찍 갔는데 체크아웃이요~ 하면서 키 냈는데 직원이 멀뚱쳐다만 보길래 아차 싶어 다시 객실함 키에 직접 넣고 나오는데 끝까지 한마디도 안한 직원에 마지막에 기분 상했음. 체크인 해주신 여직원분은 친절하셨음

눈오는 날
눈 오는 날 숙박하고 왔습니다. 풍경은 좋았습니다. 스파는 좋았지만 스파 안에 스낵바가 있는 줄 알았는데 영업을 안 하더군요. 아쉽더군요. 룸 컨디션도 청소가 안 되어 있고 먼지도 너무 많고 난방을 틀어도 제대로 나오지도 않고 창도 바깥 냉기를 막지 못 하고 그대로 방으로 들어오더군요. 다음날 조식은 풀뷔페였는데 가격에 비해 별로였어요. 전체적으로 풍경은 좋았지만 위생 가격 측면에서 별로였어요.
