Bad location, creepy and loud.

Terrible hotel. Gross location. Super loud outside. Creepy layout. Do not stay here. You can find much better places for the price.

We had a very positive stay here. All the stores are close by as well as the train station. Staffing was very helpful and polite.Rooms are simple and very clean. Couldn’t check out with the outside machine, because it was not working.

Property is difficult to navigate hallways and stairs with no lift for heavy luggage, a potential fire hazard due to lack of fire escape exits, there is no fan in room for hot summer weather and noise insulation is poor, bring ear plugs.

Everything was ok , nice breakfast, nice helpful staff, parking around , rooms ok , no elevator, not many places to dine around but can be found if needed . Our car was scratched by someone outside- waiting from staff for the video. In general everything was as suspected.

unfortunately, the provided room key was not working, had to be set up remotely by phone. the room itself was fine, but equiped for one person stay, whereby we were 3. since reception on Sunday was closed after 3:30pm, thete was no way to adjust this situation.

Wrong open hour's for check-in

In our hooking confirmation it says that check-in is open until 10 pm. Since we were running late I tried to call twice but the the calls didn’t get through. I then sent a mail giving notice that we might be late and asking for further instructions. (Still haven’t heard from the hotel regarding this mail). We came about 9.30 pm and the staff said that the reception normally is closed at this time. So I guess we were “lucky” to get our room. Apart from the check in experience everything was good. Room was clean and comfortable.

The staff was nice, however, the property is very outdated. We came during Oktoberfest so it was extremely expensive and not worth what we paid, but it was one of the more affordable options. I would only recommend this as a budget option if absolutely needed. It was clean and efficient. We did have to carry our bags up the stairs which was inconvenient.

Nice location and easy to get into the main centre. The rooms are very basic which is fine but I wasn’t impressed that we paid for 3 rooms with kitchenettes and only 1 of them actually had a kitchenette. Then the kitchenette we did have didn’t have any facilities for cooking…no pans, no toaster, no kettle. Was pointless having it and was a bit a shame considering they had stopped serving breakfast in the restaurant for September. We booked this place originally because we thought it would be easy to sort breakfast before heading into the town. Also the lady on the desk was quite difficult when it came to checking in and was reluctant to help/provide any extra amenities. Overall it did the job for our stay and was clean.

No kitchen( but we had paid for it), no fridge, no AC, no fan,no elevator, very loud construction going on behind our bedroom window , daily from 5 am until 9:30 pm.we checked out 1 day early. A refund for 1 day from Expedia for our bad experience would be appreciated. Thank you

Lo único bueno es que las habitaciones son amplias, la cercanía a la ciudad y que tiene parking incluido pero con "truco", y es que en cuanto llegas un poco tarde, no quedan huecos que además son muuuuy estrechos. Y paso a enumerar las cosas malas por las que le ponemos poco calificación: ausencia de un simple microondas/horno, solo hay un fuego para lo que obligatoriamente necesitas alquilar los utensilios; ausencia de cortinas opacas que impida que el sol de las 5 de la mañana te despierte; ¿limpieza diaria como ponía??? Mentira , en 3 noches no pasaron por la habitación; con lo que menos mal que nos administramos las toallas, porque encima hubo que usar alguna porque el agua de la ducha se salía, un día hasta llegar a la zona de las camas; no hay ascensor y encima encontrar la habitación una locura porque parece el laberinto del juego del calamar; el recepcionista que nos atendió fue poco simpático por no decir borde, que no conocimos hasta la primera mañana ya que si llegas más tarde de las 15h, hay que hacer auto check in, que tampoco nos pareció fácil además de realizarlo a la intemperie (nos mojamos, llovía) Por todo esto, no, no volvería.

Der var ingen spisemuligheder, end ikke morgenmad var en mulighed, på trods af at billede viser morgenmads buffet. End ikke en kop kaffe kunne man få, selvom det stod i brochuren på værelset. Man kan simpelthen ikke udleje et værelse med et køkken, hvor der ikke er en gaffel / kop til rådighed. For ringe. hverken elkedel eller klud til at tørre bordet af med. Tænker så svært er det vel ikke at stille til rådighed fra en genbrugsbutik, for eksempel. Man ankommer om aftenen med to børn til en lukket reception (online checkin) og finder ud af, man ingen mad kan få, intet køkkengrej på værelset på trods af at vi havde lejet værelse med køkken! Sengene var forfærdelige også, min kone fik så ondt i ryggen, hun ikke kunne gå. og vores værelse var på 3.sal, ingen elevator. Derudover er der ingen garanti for p plads. En nat måtte vi parkere eh halv times gang væk, ikke særlig sjovt med børn.
