Excellent little hotel 5 minutes walk from transport and 20 minutes walk intk the centre, There are also a few bars and food places around.

Place was just what we needed, nice, clean and less than 2 minute walk for Oktoberfest. Breakfast was provided and was great. I will be booking again next year.

Nice hotel.

All we needed in a hotel. Good location only a few stops on the tram from the centre. Small room, but all that was needed - nice bed, good shower, very clean. Reasonable continental breakfast.

The room is well worth the price, and a good breakfast is included, yes. It’s close to the main train station, most attractions and restaurants are within walking distances, the area is in a quiet neighborhood, away from any major disturbances, I would recommend this hotel, at a good price.

The bed was fine but not enough pillows. The air conditioning did not cool the room. There wasn't a kettle or cups, when we went to the lobby bar for hot water, i had to fill the kettle and do it myself, nobody was there. Internet and breakfast, both were excellent. We would give it a 7.5 out of 10. Worth the money.

2 metro stops and amazing breakfast

Our room was very nice but small but we were out all day. Bed was very comfy. There are two Metro stops that are close to the hotel. Breakfast is amazing!! Staff was nice

This hotel was better than expected. It’s a 15 minute walk from the central train station in Munich. The breakfast was lovely with a selection of sausages, eggs(scrambled and boiled), bacon, crusty bread rolls, amazing pretzels, cheeses, meats, fruit and cereal. The room was small but lovely with an amazingly comfortable bed and good shower. Would definitely stay here again. The staff were helpful and lovely.

Great spot. Close to Hbf and SBahn.Walking distance to City Centre. Access to bar and 24hr front desk. Lovely staff. Well thought out rooms. Awesome breakfast. Great value. Recommended.

The pros… great proximity to park. Courtyard facing was nice Cons… very small room without a chair, hooks for towels, broken electrical socket, leaking toilet or cubby in shower for shampoo, etc

We were 3 nights at your hotel. We would like to give positiv feedback about cleaning and good bed. Negativ outcome was staff smoking in front of the hotel so all the smoke was in a room where breakfast was served or everytime when you entered to hotel.

Good enough

The smallest single room I’ve ever been in, but still there were everything I needed! So this was perfect for a person who don’t need more than a place to sleep. Bathroom was excellent I could book this one again 😊 Staff at the desk was not very perky, more like grumpy old man with few words. That could be something they could improve.

Room was a bit small, but very tidy. Loved the modern feel, especially the bathroom. The balcony was great! Only con: the AC leaked water during the night and made a big puddle of water on the floor soaking one of our backpacks. But sometimes these things happen and can’t be helped.

I really wasn’t expecting much from the appearance outside the building but was pleasantly surprised. Modern clean excellent breakfast across from a nice shopping mall walkable to train station nice staff close to Oktoberfest. Only negative was the air conditioning is kinda lukewarm air that blows, not cools, and shuts off when not there because key not in the wall electricity socket.

Very nice modern room. I was by myself, booked the single room, but my room was big enough for two people. The bathroom was nice and clean, there was an issue with my sink but it was quickly resolved by the team, which I was really grateful for.

We booked this hotel last minute for Adele. It was walkable from central station and also for FlixBus location and had easy links to get tram and train into centre - you could walk in 30 mins as well. It’s just a couple of mins from Oktoberfest. The room itself was fine, rather small with just a bed and clothes storage, tv and small fridge, served the purpose of a base for sleeping. Patio doors opened onto courtyard. Area around felt safe with an Italian restaurant opposite with the biggest pizza I’ve ever had!

You get what you pay for. But overall, this is a decent hotel to spend a few days. However, the room is very small, without a table (as previous reviews mentioned). Lots of dust on every surface. Daily cleaning isn't done properly. Included breakfast is good.
