We had a decent stay at this Mariott location. The staff was very cordial and attentive during our check in. The AC was not working at time of check in but the staff at front desk was very helpful in addressing our needs and went above and beyond to help us. We ended up staying and fortunately it was fixed by next day. The breakfast is good and the rooms are clean and equipped as described. A local grocery store is right behind the hotel which is convenient to grab some essentials.

Receptionists are extremely friendly. One thing I would recommend is to limit the amount of time each dryer runs. I went to use the dryer and both were set to for over an hour (one showing 1:44 hour).

I travelled with two children, and the whole experience was great. The hotel is easily accessible from the airport by taxi, but we opted for the direct train instead. It was then less than a 10-minute walk to the hotel. The room had a small kitchenette with a working stove, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher, so it had everything we needed for our stay. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus, and we went there every morning. There was a good selection, especially for my children who have food allergies. Hot drinks were always available on site, which was a nice touch. The rooms were cleaned every day, and all of our requirements were met. There are a few supermarkets next door, including a Lidl within a larger shopping complex, which was very convenient. There's also a large park about a 10-minute walk away, which was perfect for the children to unwind in the evenings. You don't really need to use taxis, as Munich Central Station is about a 15-minute walk away, and other metro stations are even closer. We were also able to walk to the Old Town in around 30–40 minutes. Overall, it's a great location with excellent amenities, and we'd happily stay here again.

Loved the remodeled rooms, restaurant and desk staff and THE VIEWS!! You feel like you're in Zion NP with the incredible cliffs and deer grazing in front of your room. We will be back for sure.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Modern hotel spotlessly clean. Good size bedroom and comfortable bed with good kitchen facilities. Breakfast buffet was included and was excellent, constantly replenishing the food. Location was good and only 20 minutes from Marienplatz. Extremely enjoyable stay.
