The staff is friendly and helpful, facilities is clean and tidy. However, the surrounding is noisy at midnight, traffic noise and some drunk men will make noise at 2am that why cannot have a good sleeping.

Staff were not very nice... Also there were holes on the bed liner, and the bathroom is stinky, door is hard to lock. But the location is good. Reserve it if you just want a bed to sleep

The room are charged in reasonable price. The room was clean everyday, and breakfast has been provided with expense of 7 euro. Everything in there was good. Strongly recommended.

We were staying there for two nights. The suckest part of the stay is the 'so called' non smoke hotel room is full of smell of smoke. What made me extremely mad is the unhelpful staff didn't allow us to change the room and claimed that the rooms are fully booked for two consecutive nights. What the ... I seldom give feedback to hotels on Expedia, but I decided to make one due to this awful experience.

The hotel is not far from Munchen Hackerbrucke station. It is convenient. But I think the room for 3 people is a little small and it is close to the street so a little noisy. The breakfast was good I like it. Anyway it's still a good choice to stay.

Es fácil de llegar, a unas dos cuadras de una estación de suburbano y a menos de 10 min de una estación de metro. El lugar es cómodo y tal cual se describe, la atención fue excelente.

Das Zimmer im 5.Stockwerk war bis zur 4.Etage per Aufzug erreichbar. Danach musste man mit Koffern im Treppenhaus zu Fuß weiter gehen. Das Zimmer zur Straße belegen war laut da ich bei sehr gutem Wetter mit offenem Fenster geschlafen habe. Mir hat die Coffee Bar (24/7 geöffnet) sehr gut gefallen, der Kaffee war lecker und ständig verfügbar. Das 10.- Euro Frühstück (auf der veralteten Homepage steht noch 8.- Euro) war in Ordnung aber in der Nähe gibt es viele tolle Cafés

Had a great stay at Westend while exploring Munich. The room was clean and nicely decorated, and the location was very convenient for getting around the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and easy to reach. The optional breakfast was a great value at just $10. Would definitely stay here again!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were three people in the room and was very small; we barely had any room to move around. Breakfast was good with a nice assortment. Room and bathroom needs more renovations. But overall good for the piece.

The staff were very polite, great people! I didn't have breakfast, but tee and coffee are free and available 24/7 which really surprised me and I liked a lot. In the same street there are different kinds of food and restaurants and also shopping mall is 100m far, it is big advantage. The room was clean and cozy. The 1 thing I didn't like was pillows for sleeping. They were so soft and in my option not comfortable. Besides that, everything was fine.
