“The hotel needs a lot of work; elevator not working, restaurant meal not standard, wall paper in the hallway peeling off, security is very basic. The safe in the room not working, no change of bed spread throughout the 4 days I was there.”

“The porter was really good but front desk was awful, every request wasn’t even sent to who needs to hear them, we asked for room service and hours later room service came asking if we were ready, turns out they were never even informed, this happened 3 days in a row, front desk treated us like we weren’t even guests.. but every other staff was awesome and timely when asked directly, sink and shower was clogged from day one and when called again front desk did nothing and had to go down to ask……

“Room was nice (1 bedroom suite). Gym was dysfunctional, breakfast was subpar, amenities were breaking apart, internet was super slow. The staff were very kind and helpful. Room service food was too oily.”

“It’s a very new and nice facility with the right amenities. The food was great and the roof tops is unique and will be an excellent place for corporate and private dining, events etc. lots of potential for the hotel. What to look out for 1. Maintainable standards to be consistent 2. Bathrooms to be equiped with bathroom mats, 3. The mirror in the bathroom need to be adjusted up 4. Corporate Security services to be procured 5. Top tier human resource to maintain standard. 6 Improved supervision……

“The hotel websites states clearly that there is a free shuttle to the airport. But the driver who carried me to the airport on the day i checked out told me it is not for free and that trip costs 40.000naira. I was really shocked. Luckily i had cash on me, imagine someone traveling without cash I think that free shuttle to airport should be removed from their website ”
