For convenience, they should consider providing a map of local businesses a visitor may need: supermarket, laundry, cash exchange, etc. Also, the hotel is right on St Sebastian square, along with bars and restaurants that host bands regularly. 「Unsafe Hygiene - We stayed twice a week apart. Room 2 on the 2nd floor was OK, albeit the ceiling leaked and the toilet is dated. The second stay we had to stay on the ground floor; it’s basically unusable. We found rat feces in the bed, replacement room had windows that won’t close, open air bathroom to street, room full of mosquitos, mold on walls, flood damaged flooring. We left (along with gentleman in room next door). Still waiting on the refund. Property has potential but needs $100K in...

「We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights before going for a 3D2N Amazon jungle trip. The stay was pleasant as the room was spacious and comfortable with sight of the Theatre House which was in close vicinity. The staff was helpful and nice to settle our queries and problem encountered. The breakfast was ample and tasty. With its central location, it was very convenient to stroll around for sight-seeing and dining. 」

「Precisei passar uma noite no hotel para pegar um voo para o interior do estado. Manaus é uma espécie de Hub para o interior. Esses voos saem muito cedo, mas o café só é servido às 7:00. Não digo que o hotel precise abrir o café mais cedo, mas tem uma gentileza mínima de oferecer um cafezinho com biscoitos na portaria」

Quarto com fronhas de travesseiros com marcas de uso e sujos, banheiro com pessimas condicoes de higiene ! Ambiente com odor forte ! Nao consigo ver 1 ponto positivo! Alem de tudo, no final quiseram cobrar meia estadia pq atrasei 8 minutos ! Isso pq uber pegou transito ! Lamentavel que ainda eoxista hotel desse nivel 」
