"Everything was good, pool/hot tub/gym was anmazing except it took forever at the restaurant for our drinks, menus were not brought to us for dinner. When we ordered room service it was an hour and half for. Our pizzas and drinks to be brought up. "

"We had a very nice stay at the Best Western Laval. The staff were friendly and attentive. The morning breakfast buffet was very good. The pool area seemed a little run down though and was very crowded and loud on the weekends with hockey families. We were staying on Thursday & Sunday nights as well so it was quiet and we had the pool to ourselves on those nights!"

"This is a comfortable and well-appointed home and we enjoyed our stay very much. The owners went out of their way to explain the safety features and were very quick to respond to any questions. We really felt at home."

"The basement apartment was clean. There was a nice full kitchen. There was a welcome basket with snacks, fruit and some breakfast items. As soon as you enter the bedrooms there is a strong perfume scent coming the bedding. It was very bothersome. We washed the sheets twice but the perfume scent lingered so we had to buy some sheets. There’s a school nearby that restricts daytime parking. We were advised we could park across the street but the spaces available were taken most of the time which made parking challenging. "
