「Beschwerde wegen der Unterkunft Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich möchte eine Beschwerde bezüglich unseres Aufenthalts in dem gemieteten Ferienhaus einreichen. Leider wich die Unterkunft in mehreren Punkten erheblich von der Beschreibung in Ihrem Angebot ab: • Im Angebot waren Kinderpools angegeben – vor Ort gab es diese jedoch nie, • das Angeln, das als Möglichkeit beworben wurde, war nicht erlaubt, • auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung waren eine Senseo-Maschine und ein Backofen...

「The apartment is in a great location in the center of town. It's a nice size with all the needed amenities. Being in the center of town it is not quiet - the neighbors coming and going are very loud, and the street noise on the weekend is significant, to the point of waking people up (and I am a deep sleeper). Also, parking options are not very good, and is quite expensive. The main issue is the poor communication. This apartment is being run by a property management company, not an owner....
