「We loved this home! This canal house provided a very unique experience for our family. It was simply charming! We spent several nights in this home and enjoyed both Edam and Amsterdam. We rented bikes one day for local riding. Another day we took the bus (quick & easy) into Amsterdam. Lots of walking or biking paths.Only criticism is our cabin had furniture that had pointed edges and as it was small it wasn't practical. Other than that we enjoyed our short stay here.」

「My parents (late 50s), husband, brother and children (36 yo) stayed here and we had a lovely time. The property was well furnished and comfortable, and we had all the household items we needed for the week. We all slept well and enjoyed being able to sit, cook and eat together and enjoy each other's company. 「This apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was close to shops and restaurants. Volendam was an adorable town and we highly recommend the Volendam museum for local history. Bus stops and ferries were convenient for day trips to Amsterdam, Utrecht, Hoorn and Marken.」

"Overall, I had a great stay. The design of the hotel was stylish and thoughtfully curated—modern, with a sophisticated color palette that I really loved. The only downside was the noise from the room above. Every late night and early morning, I could clearly hear footsteps overhead, and even the ceiling light fixture in my room would rattle with a metallic or glass-clinking sound. It was quite unsettling and affected my rest. If the sound insulation between floors could be improved, it would make the experience so much better. That said, the aesthetic of the space was beautiful, and I truly appreciated the hotel’s unique and elevated design. "

"I really love this hotel! It’s very eco-friendly, comfortable, and smells great. The design is so stylish, and I truly enjoy everything about it. The only thing that really bothered me was the occasional light knocking sound on the walls throughout the day. It especially affected my sleep at night. Also, the pillows were too soft for my preference. If I have the chance, I’d love to stay here again, but I hope the knocking sound won’t happen next time. Thank you!"
