“The first night I was arranged to stay behind the elevator, which made me feel uncomfortable and vibrated. Because it was a standard double room with two beds, it was better for me to sleep in the other bed. Since I had placed two reservations, the girl at the front desk said that I had to move to the room downstairs for the second night. I said it was inconvenient, and she said there was no other way because the room was fully booked. The next day I asked another woman if I could not move to……

“The location is incredible, right in the heart of downtown, easily within walking distance of great food, convenience stores with basically anything you need and specialty hiking and sporting stores. Right across the street from the cruise tours. Also reasonably priced compared to hotels and motel, maybe slightly overpriced for what it is but still well worth it in my opinion. The room is small and reasonably cleaned. Excellent alternative to camping. Would stay again.”

“I asked for a handicap accessible room, I booked a year in advance. It took a long time for them to reply, and said all of their rooms were handicap accessible. The room I got, however, was not. The beds were high, close together, and in front of the bathroom door to where a wheelchair couldn’t fit through. The sink and shower were not as pictured in the website and neither were wheelchair accessible, (we had a four night nights stay) after contacting the host of our issue, we were able to move……
