"We spent nearly two weeks in this nice little cabin. Everything was very comfortable and the surroundings were beautiful. There is a very small kitchen, so do not expect to do large gourmet meals, but who wants to do that on vacation anyway? There are at least two grocery stores within a couple of miles, and it was easy to find quick to prepare food. The cabin is very comfortable, but do be aware that there are some very steep stairs. "Besonders schön und mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes neu erbautes Ferienhaus auf einem sehr gepflegten Hof mit eigenem Garten. Es wurden in allen Bereichen nur sehr hochwertige und hochpreisige Materialien verwendet. Tolle Möbel, super Geschirr und eine ruhige Lage. Ein kleiner Bach schlängelt sich hinter Haus. Und sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Fünf Sterne hat dieser Urlaub mindestens verdient!"

"Wir wurden bei Schlüsselübergabe über Mängel aufmerksam gemacht welche zu Beginn nicht so schlimm waren. Jedoch war die Sauberkeit unterirdisch. Vor allem in den beiden Küchen Schmutz, Verkrustungen Verklebungen, Spinnweben und schmutziges Geschirr. Da wir nur 3 Tage Urlaub hatten sind wir lieber auswärts essen gegangen anstatt dort zu Kochen ( hat uns angeekelt) An vielen Türen und Schränken waren Ketten mit Vorhängeschlösser, was nicht sehr wohnlich war. "Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem kleinen Weiler. Von der Terasse aus sieht man eine Wiese und Bäume. Die nahe Staatsstraße ist nur schwach zu hören. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß und freundlich eingerichtet. In der großen Wohnküche lässt es sich gut zu 6. sitzen. Die Polstermöbel bieten eigentlich nur für 2 Personen Platz, wenn man fernsehen möchte. Von der Esstischbank lässt sich aber auch zum Fernseher blicken. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Da fühlt man sich gleich zuhause."

"It is a little ways out from Passau but it is walkable to town. The rooms were clean and spacious and there were a bunch of great amenities in the area. Athroom was great. Parking is a little tight but there is a public parking lot across the street. The edeka besides the hotel was great for getting drinks and snacks for our stay. "
