“Everything is brand new so there were no problems. The room and its bathroom are very clean. But if I decide to stay there again, I will request for a room that is not facing the main road as it gets noisy at night, could not sleep well at night with the cars noises. Another complaint is one of the staff at the front desk was not that friendly, did not greet properly, I don't remember his name but he should treat his visitors equally regardless our races or our religious beliefs.”

“The Hotel is a good choice when taking early flights at Senai Airport. The Hotel also provides a taxi service to and from the Hotel with a reasonable charge. Overall speaking the Hotel is value for money.”

“Because I checked in very late, and they arranged a room at the end of corridor, and I wanted to change the room, but the staff said it was fully booked and it's the last room available. But I asked for another staff for help, he did change room for me. That means the previous staff didn't check for me and just didn't do more... Air conditioner is not enough, and carpet is very dirty. Will not go back this hotel again.”

“Rooms was nice-looking and relatively clean albeit small. There is no table or chair. There was car honking constantly at night and aircon was noisy and has bright LED that is distracting. There is no hair dryer. There was nice cafe outside called 3rd Junction Cafe and decent restaurant nearby for breakfast.”

“The finishing of the interior is very rough. No amenities at all despite the name hotel may connotate. I don't think the drain pipes have p-traps so there's a slight smell when inside the shower, which is nothing but a 3 ft wide area of the room separated by a sliding glass divider. Not worth what you paid through Expedia. It's twice what's posted on their signs.”
