Isolation phonique avec le voisin totalement inexistante , voisin avec chiens qui aboies au moindre bruit . Impossible de stationner à proximité très peu de place"

La salle de bains est toute petite( 3m2) Points positifs : Fenêtres très isolantes du bruit . Position idéale de l'appartement dans Murat à 5mn à pieds des commerces et restaurants de Murat. Facile d'accès par le jardin ou par les escaliers de l'immeuble. Vue sympa mais dommage que l'usine gâche le paysage ..."
