Needed a place to stay on a long road trip. This hotel was accepting bookings all through the evening, but when we arrived, the office was closed, with a posted notice saying to ring a bell if you have a reservation and to "be patient." Waited outside for half an hour after ringing the bell multiple times with no answer. Didn't even appear that the bell was operational, and no one came to help us. Had to go across town to emergency book a room elsewhere. Shout-out to Hotels.com for working with us to get a refund, but if the Best Western does not allow guests to check in after 10PM, they shouldn't be taking people's money after that time.
