Modern, comfortable and in a great location

Lovely, modern villa near to the beach. The agency were helpful with a couple small issues we had. There is now an outdoor dining area, which isn't shown on the pictures which was a great addition for a our group!

Die Villa ist genügend gross für 8 Personen. Luxuriöse Villa mit fantastischem Pool. - Überprüfen ob die TVs korrekt funktionieren. Hat bei uns nicht geklappt und der Techniker musste vorbei kommen - Die Reinigung nach 7 Tagen durchführen und nicht auf 10 Tage beharren (siehe Services auf der Webseite) - Die Sauberkeit überprüfen. Die Klimanlageschlitze waren komplett verstaubt und birgt auch eine gewisses Gesundheitsrisiko. Bei der Reinigung hat die Putzfrau sehr lange und gründlich geputzt - Es gab nicht genügend Duvets. Im Oktober wären genügend Duvets erforderlich aufgrund der Temperatur in der Nacht - Der Kühlschrank ist zu klein für so ein Haus - Im Kühlschrank kann in der Türe keine Flasche - Nur ein Schlüssel vorhanden - Die Kissen in der Lounge sind komplett durchgesessen und an der Seite fehlen zwei. - Es hat nur 3 Liegen für 8 Personen. Das ist zu wenig! - Die Abdeckungen um den Pool stehe raus, was es für Kinder sehr gefährlich macht - Die Reinigung des Pools erfolgte nur einmal - Der Poolkescher ist defekt - Die Schränke in den Zimmer sind herausfordend. Wir mussten eine Türe rausnehmen, da diese immer beim Öffnen oder Schliessen rausgefallen ist. Hatten Glück, dass wir unsere Füsse nicht verletzt haben! - Wenn ich mir überlege, was in der Hochsaison bezahlt werden muss für die Villa stimmt das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht - Wenn man eine Luxusvilla vermietet, dann wird auch Luxuseinrichtung und Luxusservices verlangt. Haben so leider noch nicht erlebt. - Bei Fragen zu den oberen Punkten können Sie mich gerne kontaktieren

Comfortable villa in a quiet and cozy place. To the sea-3 minutes. It is well oriented to the cardinal directions, in the hot morning and noon-there is shade on the terrace. We rented the villa for 3 weeks - cleaning was done only 1 time, after several calls to the company. In other companies, this is organized clearly-once a week cleaning, change of linen and towels. There are no towels provided for the beach-this is a minus. There is not a single full-length mirror. In the two main bedrooms, we recommend sealing the doors to the toilets and shower with a matte film. The Internet is very weak on the second floor, the connection is constantly lost.

Location was great Wonderful open plan ground floor with floor to ceiling glass doors giving access to garden
