You'll have easy access to all the attractions and activities this beautiful region has to offer as well as the quiet, relaxation and privacy in this home. Equipped with a hot tub, ping pong table, EV charger, high speed wifi, smart TVs, and much more. This is a great home for staying in and relaxing or exploring the many wonderful things the Sierra Foothills have to offer. Calaveras Big Tree state park is just a 20 minute drive, Iron Stone music venue is 6 minutes. Explore the caverns and caves in the area for the more adventurous. We were celebrating my daughters bday with her girlfriends it was perfect. Plenty of room. The house is really comfortable and clean. We loved that it was an easy walk into town for shopping and wine tasting. Spa was a plus! Leanna recommended Lucia with Balance by Lucia we had in home massages. I would recommend her in a heartbeat! If you like the outdoors lots of places to visit in the area. We had a lovely time!!

This is a lovely home in a nice neighborhood. It is great for groups with all ages. We walked from there to downtown easily. Would certainly recommend this home and Murphys for a get away.

Great Location & New Build Neighborhood

We stayed for a family wedding, this is a great location within walking distance to downtown. The ping pong table was a hit for our kids. Nice and quiet neighborhood!

Cute home with nice amenities

We loved the kitchen it had everything you need. The thoughtful phone chargers by the bed was also a nice surprise and the place was very clean! We had a wonderful time and would love to stay there again.

To say we enjoyed is home would be an understatement. From the cleanliness, well appointed kitchen to the hot tub and fluffy robes the host thought of everything. We would absolutely stay again. The place is just so lovely and homey!

Beautiful and convenient location

This sage house was one of the most beautiful locations. I can say we’ve stayed at. The beds were amazing and the sheets were so super soft. Everything was easily accessible by walking. The house has everything and is very beautiful and spacious. They had labels on everything so it was easy to find things, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful and everything you need!

The property is close enough to walk to downtown and quiet at night. Beautiful home with great consideration to the guests. Comfortable beds and plenty of seating. Our only struggles was figuring out the TV. Quick response from owners. Would definitely stay there again!

Great Girls Getaway

The Sage House was perfect for our girls getaway weekend. The house had everything we needed and more. So, so many thoughtful touches in the home. Super comfortable and walking distance to most of Main Street. We are saving this place for a future return.

Best place ever!

This house is amazing. I stayed with my 5 friends and it was easy to walk downtown to eat or to wander around wine tasting. The kitchen is well stocked, the owner was attentive to our needs, instructions for everything were easy to find, the hot tub was relaxing, and there was even a surprise ‘party light’ in the kitchen. I highly recommend this house. Thanks!

Perfect rental house

My friends and I came for a moms trip. It was perfect! Walkable to all restaurants and wine tasting shops. And the owner has thought of every small detail. Anything you want (within reason) is already there for you. Thanks for hosting us. We loved this cute, clean rental home!
