Good Morning Daniel, Sorry to hear about your bad experience. I do believe that management did get back to straight away with an apology. And I believe the message was worded very nicely in regards to what had to be done. Not as rude as you may have made it sound. (0830 - 1600) on a Friday morning is also when the trades attended. Sorry that this may have been a bit early. All in all we apologise again, and hope that you do come back to see the upgrades that we have desperately been trying to get achieved for 10 weeks.

Hi Geoffrey and Thank you for your feedback. Yes we do not have an elevator but the building has been here for over 100 years and we have coped very well without one. We are never far away so please do call us if you require assistance and we are happy to carry your suitcases upstairs at checkin or downstairs apon checkout, this service is totally free of charge! Yes our driveway is narrow but our carpark can fit 3 cars, without blocking the driveway. Or more if the vehicles are part of the same group. No washing up needed, please leave your dishes in the white tray next to the mircrowave oven and our cleaner will take care of that for you! As well as the 2 communial Bathrooms for Men and Women we also have a number of rooms with private ensuite if you prefer, and the exec spa suite has a full kitchen, lounge and dining area with dining room table and a Spa Bath in the bathroom, as well as 3 bedrooms.

Unfortunately due to directives from the SA Police we are not allowed to serve the free breakfast as part of our COVID19 Safe Plan so it is on hold temporarily until we are allowed to serve it again. We apolagise that you missed out but we must comply with current regulations and I can assure you it was free and you should not have to pay any extra for the complimentary Continental Breakfast

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. The Buzzer in the front door stairway is to alert our receptionist that a guest is entering, as sometimes we are folding towels or watering the pot plants or taking care of other bits and bobs around the Hotel, so please don't be alarmed by the buzzer. We recommend that you read the room description when booking a room, anywhere not just at our hotel, so that you don't get any unwanted surpises and you can view pictures of the room that your are booking not another room in the hotel. We were very happy to offer you an upgrade, but on nights we are fully booked we are unable to do this, so we were very happy that you liked our Upper Deck Superior Suite room on the front of the hotel with balcony access. If you prefer a quiet room we do have King Delux Suite rooms at the back which are very quiet. All Our Queen standard rooms with a shared bathroom in the hallway are $89 and are very good value. the $50 Upgrade put you in an Upper Deck Superior Suite for $139. This is a very good Value room for Murray Bridge. We also have an Executive Spa Suite with Spa Bath and full separate lounge if you want to spread out in luxury and space!
