"When we arrived, we found our room full of dead bugs and filthy in other ways. The bathroom shower curtain had red mould, the glass door was filthy and the rug had some kind of stain. When we looked under the bed, rubbish had obviously been swept there to be hidden. We asked to be moved to a cleaner room, and this was accomodated, however, the new room was not much better. "Room smelt like sewerage which wasn't pleasant and the queen bed was definitely a double. Breakfast buffet was great for what you paid for with slight changes each day. Lacking standard amenities in the bathrooms but understandable considering the commitment to reducing 1 use plastics"

"This hotel is beautifully appointed. It has great sized rooms, was extremely clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the restaurants and bars which had a cool vibe and the music entertainment on Saturday was great. We did not find the music noisy in our room although you can hear the music. The parting is free and you can come and go as you please. We will definitely stay here again."

"For the price p/n, I would’ve thought hand soap, and body lotion would’ve been provided in the bathroom, preferably as wall dispensers like in the shower. There was a small bar of hand soap but no soap dish, so it became messy/nuisance from leaving it in the basin. We stayed three nights. Other than that minor issue, our room, the breakfast, dinner menu, staff, etc was perfect. I’d definitely stay here again."
