The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1 Designated Parking Spot: Pass required. It will be in the unit at check in and must be returned at check out or fee will be charged for replacement.
Turn off all lights and small appliances and set thermostat to 65°F in winter or 75°F in the summer. Lock all exterior doors and windows upon departure.
Place all dirty linens (sheets & towels only) on the bathroom floor. Notify the office of any of the linens have been stained, ruined, soiled by spills, accidents, or bodily fluids.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
