  • Located in the heart of Anjou, come and enjoy a charming house surrounded by nature.<br>On the banks of the Louet River and just 4 minutes from the center of Mûrs-Erigné, you’ll find everything you need for a wonderful stay.<br>Located 15 minutes from downtown Angers, 20 minutes from Terra Botanica, 50 minutes from Puy du Fou, 20 minutes from the Doué-la-Fontaine Zoo, near numerous hiking trails (GR3), and close to major highways (A87), you’ll be charmed by the idyllic setting. <br>It’s also just a stone’s throw from the “Loire à vélo” and “Vélofrancette” cycling routes.<br><br>Whether you’re stopping by for a day, a weekend, or a week—for business or a vacation in the beautiful city of Angers—you’ll be most welcome!<br>We offer a cozy, fully furnished house in a peaceful, natural setting for two people, fully equipped.

Comfortable and cool

The conversation of the old building has been done well and would be a good place to stay when the weather is very hot. Everything was comfortable and was in working order. We enjoyed our stay very much. Only 4 stars for the cleanliness was because of the water mould in the shower only visible when you are inside and the door closed.
