“The hotel is self service type, don’t expect service of normal hotel. Still I met a staff during check and she is nice and helpful. The room has a double bed, which is a bit small (kind of standard in Japan). But it provides sofa bed for 3 more guests. So it is good for family of 4-5. The room is pretty new. The photos accurately reflected the room, and while it is compact as you would expect in central Tokyo—it was well designed and made good use of the space. We were 2 adults and had enough room for a comfortable stay. The location was also convenient for us. En cuanto la atención y el servicio con el personal, esta muy lejos de ser la mejor y de ser el servicio al que te acostumbra japon, hacer el check in es complicado y hasta las 3 (que es hora normal) pero el check out a las 10 con nada de flexibilidad, pedí el check out por el chat de expedía con el propietario, y me habían dicho que me avisaban para el late check out obvio con un costo……

“The host was easy to connect with. The unit itself was clean and enough space for 2 adults and kids. It is a good location. Which is a few minutes walk to the 7-11 and family mart. Also the JR line was within walking distance! Will definitely recommend to my friends and family!”
