"We had a lovely stay at the Chedi in Muscat in early April and found it a very relaxing place to stay with family including teenagers. The staff were very friendly and courteous. One suggestion is to improve the atmosphere by arranging some activities and themed nights to engage the guests."

"Excellent old school hotel. Fully refurbished on the inside with a wonderful, huge open lobby space. The outside facilities need a bit of a paint job maybe (also the inside roof), but otherwise, a great place to stay. Breakfast is very nice, there is a great lap pool in addition to a normal pool, an excellent fully equipped gym (one of the best I've seen in hotels), and some nice dining options. "

"We stayed only one night. The check in was quick, sleepers, towels, robes : all was provided. We had stayed in twin bed room, beds are wide. Breakfast is buffet. Many options for vegans. We didn’t have opportunity to check the area around. Locates 30 min drive to Marina for boat trips. "

"The Hotel is good the rooms are nice and spacious, Only problem is that the internet is very very slow! The slow internet speed was also felt by all residents I spoke to at the hotel. The mattress although thick is quite soft which for me caused discomfort/ back pain. Not sure if it’s worn out or designed like that but I believe more worn out than design."

"My family and I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt Muscat and it was a great experience! It was our first family trip after having our baby and the staff was AMAZING! Everyone was so kind and accommodating. The hotel is very charming and welcoming. You can tell that it is a bit older but not in a negative way. All facilities were clean and easy to use. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family! "
