"This hotel was terrible and not as advertised. It was dirty, appeared unsafe, and the customer service was disappointing. The desk clerk became very rude, dismissive, and disrespectful when I informed her we were leaving at 4 am because of the conditions."

"We really enjoyed this hotel for the helpful staff, the great location and the nice sized rooms with updated bathrooms. This area is fantastic with a lot of great restaurants, a grocery store, museums, and a park within less than 5 minutes walking! It was easy to get to old San Juan, La Placita, district t-mobile and the airport. The air conditioning was phenomenal and even had to be turned down some of the time. We had no issues with the WiFi and parking in the garage was a breeze. I would stay there again."

"The property was beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful. My only concern was the front desk was always busy and short staffed. My late check out was messed up and we got locked out of the elevator and our rooms, so I had to wait in a long line to have it corrected. Other than that it was a 5 star experience. "
