"First, the staff is outstanding. upon arrival Dylan checked us in. This young man was professional but more importantly super friendly. He provided us with great information about the local neighborhood and some super dining recommnedations. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Room has all the basics a traveler would need. The downsides to staying at this hotel range from the overpriced drinks and food to the resort fee added to the end of the stay bill. A gin & tonic was $18.00 as opposed to a well crafted cocktail in Old San Jaun was $15.00. The pool area is nice but very small. Most chairs are not in the sun for a good portion of the day. The area being small, it was difficult to find chairs, especially when the hotel allows cruiseship guest to rent out cabanas (not in the sun). Then the cruiseship guest take pool chairs as well. Given the limited pool area it is unclear what the resort fee is for. Very disappointing overall. The best part of our stay was the staff! "

"Staff and closeness to gorgeous Ocean Park beach was the best. We disliked how hard was to get Street parking. Noisy steet. Pool shallow and too hot. Room has no hangers and ice bucket. Some lights not working. Needs maintenance upkeep for veey old building with character. Very small rooms to fit luggage. Good if you travel light and use uber. Safe area. Walking restaurants close by. "

"Check-in was scheduled for 4:00 PM, but due to how busy the hotel was, we were asked to wait and come back later. We didn’t end up getting into our room until around 6:30–7:00 PM, which was a bit frustrating after traveling. That said, the hotel itself was clean and the room was decent overall. One issue we ran into was the shower door. It didn’t seal properly, so water would leak out and leave the bathroom floor soaking wet after each use. The highlight of the stay was definitely the location. It’s in a great spot and made getting around very convenient. Overall, a decent stay with some minor inconveniences, but the delayed check-in and bathroom issue are worth noting."

"This hotel was terrible and not as advertised. It was dirty, appeared unsafe, and the customer service was disappointing. The desk clerk became very rude, dismissive, and disrespectful when I informed her we were leaving at 4 am because of the conditions."

"The property was beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful. My only concern was the front desk was always busy and short staffed. My late check out was messed up and we got locked out of the elevator and our rooms, so I had to wait in a long line to have it corrected. Other than that it was a 5 star experience. "

"Room was clean. Convenient to beach...about a ten min walk.. 24 hr grocery store right across the street. Casinos were about a 15 min walk (if you’re into that). Only issue I had was that there was no hot water for the three days that I was there, so cold showers it was."

"A little pricey but excellent hotel and service. The actual beach is really small, which was a little disappointing based on the pictures i had seen. Had to wait almost an hour after check in time (4PM) and had already been waiting for over an hour, but lots of people were also on the same boat."
