“Excelente servicio y limpieza, súper recomendado”

“Mi experiencias fue muy gratificante, es un lugar de esparcimiento, relajación y descanso. Todo en medio de la montaña, fuera del bullicio. Si alguna sugerencia les diría, que pongas sobres de cocoa en la habitación para los que no bebemos café, alguna especie de cortinas a las ventana que son de cristal porque la luz de afuera en la noche entra y molesta para dormir y cuando amanece. Y que la comida del restaurante tambien haya opciones para los que no somos veganos, porque sino hay que salir……

“Not worth of the price”

“Property is the same as it was twenty years ago when I visited a couple of times with my family. Only stayed for one night this time, but the hotel is dated. The water in the shower was lukewarm. The door did not close properly. Looked like someone had forced it open. Had to put a chair against it, since it was only for one night. The AC unit made a terrible noise all night long. Didn't get much sleep. What I did like was that the room was clean. Did pay almost six dollars for the parking though……

“The room wasn’t clean. We had to clean the desk, the night table, including the phone and the clock that wasn’t functioning. There were dust everywhere. We had to take showers with our slippers on. The restaurant and the pool area were ok. Hoping everyone else enjoys a different experience.”

“Strange room set up. Not very well maintained was disappointed.”

“The property is nice and the staff very helpful and welcoming! The only thing was the constant noice on rooms and corridors from teenagers all night till way passed 3 am! Came to relax after a long work week and left very disappointed!”

“Todo estuvo excelente. Volveríamos a quedarnos. La chica rubia, encargada del área de la piscina, tiene 100 en servicio al cliente. Super atenta, Servicial y pendiente a cada detalle. El water park está de show, para los niños un éxito brutal. En las habitaciones todo en orden. Y los del Front Desk muy serviciales y amables, tanto en el check in como en el chek out.”

“We stayed in the suite which is recently renovated. It is a very large space with beautiful views and a walk to an amazing beach…but for the price of almost $700 a night with the limited service the hotel offers it’s not worthwhile. There is no restaurants on the property just a pool bar with a lot to be desired food, no fresh juices (a crime for an island hotel), and not even cable to watch a playoff game. There is definitely no room service and a phone that doesn’t call the front desk. For……

“The room was spotless, the mattress and pillows a little too hard for my liking, the pool is clean and nice, there is coffe free of charge every morning (they should bring it a little earlier) even thou there is a nice bar rest. by the pool, is closed, there is not much entertainment close by and the parking situation is difficult. The staff is friendly and helpful”
