"Construction was happening right below our unit so they had to moved us to another room because the noise was unbearable. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the location of the hotel is excellent and close to duomo and shopping. It would be nice if hotel had a gym."

"I enjoyed my short stay at Ostello Bello before I caught my bus out. The staff were friendly and helped me store my big luggage. It's a bit difficult walking through the cobblestone streets from the metro with a heavy suitcase, so I'd recommend taking a car from the metro to the hostel if you have a lot of luggage. I arrived in the evening and the outside + bar area were popping with tons of people chatting and drinking. The hostel runs many events every day including family dinners and tours. You get a free drink at the bar upon arrival :) I met some cool new people, and we went out for dinner! The room was clean, and the pillows and mattress were clean but had some old, washed-out stains. Bathroom was shared between the five other people in the room, and it was comfortable to use (bring shower shoes). There was AC in the room but it turned off during the night somehow, so I woke up a bit hot. The facilities were lovely especially the kitchen (I stored breakfast in the fridge), and I used communal supplies to make tea. Very cozy! If you're a solo woman traveler looking to travel Milan at your own pace and make some travel friends, I highly recommend. Next time I visit Milan, I will definitely consider this hostel for an extended stay! Thank you to all the amazing staff <3"

"The breakfast was very disappointing. It was our only change to get a full meal before our long international trip as a family. Eggs were fake, bacon was cooked prosciutto, coffee horrible and fruits fermented."

"Stayed 4 nights with my 11yo son. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. We also had a balcony but rarely used it because it was so hot during our stay. Thankfully the excellent air conditioning made the room extremely comfortable. The hotel staff were always polite and friendly. The breakfast was good quality and varied. The location was excellent being quite central and only a short walk to the Duomo and the nearest Metro station. I would gladly stay here again if I return to Milan."

"Great boutique hotel, the property was very trendy and cool including a speak easy cocktail bar and restaurant. We ate both lunch and dinner at the property, the quality of the food was excellent and the staff was very polite and attentive including making local wine pairings. Rooms were new, clean, comfortable and spacious and having a small balcony was a bonus. We also enjoyed the on-site gym which was huge by European hotel standards. Overall great stay and I would highly recommend."

"From check in, to arranging transportation for traveling home- this was a fantastic experience. Generous breakfast available everyday, afternoon cookies and a crazy complimentary antipasti evening spread were welcomed surprises. Walkable to any place in Navigli, a great center of nightlife. Cool and modern- loved it!"
