「Excelente estadía , fui por trabajo y me dieron las comodidades para poder hacerlo, el personal muy servicial el desayuno fue bueno, punto de mejora, revisar sus griferias se pasaba el agua por el inodoro toda la noche.」

「Our family of 4 stayed one day in this hotel. The whole property including internal garden is beautiful and very clean. We have been especially impressed by the dinner served after our trip to Colca Canyon. It was delicious with high end restaurant presentation. The staff was attentive and very helpful.」

「Hotel and surroundings were beautiful. Location was great and restaurant staff was super friendly. The lady who did our check in and check out was not so friendly and she kept our passports and forgot to give them back. The hotel called our tour guide and thankfully we were at the canyon and able to return to Chivay to retrieve it. The tour guide said that this is a common occurrence at this hotel and a major inconvenience. Management needs to address this issue. Otherwise the hotel was...
