Really great location near parks, transit and the royal palace. We used it as our hub for trips to other cities. Staff were really nice even though my Spanish is hardly worth attempting. They were also flexible about storage between our two stays. You could certainly use their breakfast buffet every morning, but we found a really nice cafe down the block that was great too.

A very comfortable hotel right in the heart of Madrid. Easily accessible by Metro, bus and on foot, with some really good markers around that will help you remember where your hotel is. If you love shopping you have easy access to a lot of them. if you want to attend theatre performances, again lots of theatres about. The City tour bus stops also outside when you do the old town route. What we loved is coming home to chocolates left for us by the turn down team. A sweet surprise after long days out.
The room was cleaned every day, and were always left a small note to say who tidied things up.
The room was super quiet despite the loud environment outside.
The only thing that we found difficult to figure out is how to make the AC fan run at a slower rate, so we opted to use only the sheet as cover instead as the room was relatively warm.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you team for your superb service.

Lovely little hotel, smaller than I expected it to be. The lobby area is tiny but adequate for me to check in ok.
All staff acknowledged you & were very friendly.
The room was clean & well presented. The view from the window was nothing to look at. I had a view of offices & people working in them. There were also clothes hung up in the small area from the window view.
The breakfast was adequate. The room is quite small & I think you may have to wait for some time to get a table, when the hotel is full.
I would definitely stay here again. It is in a great location & I loved it
