Excellent location, not luxurious but very comfortable. The shower was typical for an old city like Toledo, no curtain so prepare for stuff to get wet. All in all excellent location, comfort and friendly staff.

This hotel is centrally located and great for visiting tourist areas. It is on a very narrow street so if you are driving you will have to park elsewhere in a parking garage.

Great Location, clean and comfortable !

Stayed here 2 nights in Oct 2023. Hotel was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the location as we could walk to all top activities. Staff was very friendly and useful. Breakfast was great ! I recommend this hotel for tourists in Toledo. No on-site parking.... but large public parking nearby.

Great place, terrible Wi-Fi

The hotel is situated in the most beautiful area of Toledo. The staff was great, The hotel very good. Good breakfast. Major drawback: the Wi-Fi in the room is terrible. It took almost half an hour to load my email page. Horrible.

Staff could be nicer, not the customer service we are used to. We had issues with check in. Also one of the lights in the bathroom didn’t work and we advised the staff. Nothing was done. We didn’t complain anymore because we only stayed for one night so it wasn’t worth it. One plus of this property is the location. You are in the center of everything. Worth the stay in the end

The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped us with trains and taxis. The area is great for walking and very near to the alcazar. A taxi cannot drop you off at the door since it’s on a very small street. Be prepared to roll your bags but not too much. The rooms were clean and although small and a little outdated it didn’t matter to us since we were out most of the day. They don’t have a fridge and the tv is small but we didn’t care. Lovely place to stay.

No room service, no staff to attend. No amenities. Too noisy in the night. The rooms are not sound proof. We requested for 1 matrimonial bed. They gave us 2 seperate bed. The washroom was shabby. Over horrendous experience. Will never stay again.
