「The boat was superb. Brand new and service was excellent. Food really nice. We were upgraded to this ship on the day when travelling to the port which was a bit concerning but all good in the end. We ended up on a better boat so very nice. Trip was excellent. The only reason I didn’t mark it overall as a 5* was the cost but we got what we paid for. So if you want a luxurious trip to Halong bay I’d recommend this trip 」

「We stayed on a 2 night cruise in July. Amazing friendly and helpful staff. Ronald (Customer Service Manager) and his team went above and beyond to help me out when I purchased some pearls from a pearl farm on our day trip. The earrings were faulty and broke. 「Room itself was clean, bed very comfortable and an amazing view, however the bathroom needs to be cleaned better. We found some bugs and mould on the grout. Staff were very good, activities were well organised. No sun loungers on the sun deck, which is a shame, as they definitely have the space for some. The food was excellent, fresh and very tasty, however the fact no drinks were included meant we felt slightly ripped off, especially given the prices. 」
