“El crucero muy completo. Los dos almuerzos y el desayuno son buffet, la cena es menú fijo. Todas la comidas están incluidas, no las bebidas. Las actividades son buenas, sobretodo el kayak. El guía/encargado muy amable y divertido. Los traslados desde Hanoi no están incluidos pero se pueden coordinar con ellos. ”

“The friendliness of all the staff (especially the manager Thao Le) was exceptional. The views were amazing and the overall experience was very relaxing. Scored down for cleaning as the shower room walls and bathroom floor was not cleaned to standard. Food was ok, set menu better than the buffet. Thanks to the staff i would highly recommend.”

“O serviço de transfer ida e volta foi muito bom. O check-in no píer tb foi organizado. O quarto é amplo e corresponde às fotos. As atividades são boas e tivemos muita sorte no primeiro dia com um pôr do sol maravilhoso. Poderia ter um menu com uma opção de pasta ou peixe, ainda que pagássemps mais por isso. Não como carne e só sobrava camarão para mim. O manager Toni e a pessoa que me atendeu pelo whatsapp foram sensacionais. Fiz uma massagem no quarto muito ruim e cara. Parecia que a mulher……

“The boat was superb. Brand new and service was excellent. Food really nice. We were upgraded to this ship on the day when travelling to the port which was a bit concerning but all good in the end. We ended up on a better boat so very nice. Trip was excellent. The only reason I didn’t mark it overall as a 5* was the cost but we got what we paid for. So if you want a luxurious trip to Halong bay I’d recommend this trip ”

“We stayed on a 2 night cruise in July. Amazing friendly and helpful staff. Ronald (Customer Service Manager) and his team went above and beyond to help me out when I purchased some pearls from a pearl farm on our day trip. The earrings were faulty and broke. The staff tried so hard to contact the pearl farm to help me get a replacement, which happened. Thankyou team! The rooms are amazing but travellers need to be aware that while the government and cruise liners are coming to agreement,……

“Room itself was clean, bed very comfortable and an amazing view, however the bathroom needs to be cleaned better. We found some bugs and mould on the grout. Staff were very good, activities were well organised. No sun loungers on the sun deck, which is a shame, as they definitely have the space for some. The food was excellent, fresh and very tasty, however the fact no drinks were included meant we felt slightly ripped off, especially given the prices. ”
