“Had a fabulous welcome from Cookie on reception who looked after me for the rest of the trip, ensuring I had an awesome stay. Huge room with a huge. Comfortable and beautifully decorated.Nice rooftop with jacuzzi and gym (though as open air it’s hot). Decent breakfast to start the day. Very cute and friendly bar I spent a few evenings having a great time, with Cookie hosting. Highly recommended- great location and value. Only thing to be aware of is there will be one or two flights of stairs to……

“We stayed in this hotel for two consecutive nights, and unfortunately, our experience was not what we expected. Upon returning to our room at night, we discovered that it had not been cleaned. When we approached the staff to inquire about this, we were informed that cleaning services are only provided upon request, which was not clearly communicated to us during check-in. We believe this lack of information may have been due to a language barrier, as the staff didn’t make this point clear……

“I enjoyed my stay a lot whilst my husband didn't. The bathroom is really small for big people. Easy to make a mess on toilet luckily it's a wet room design so can clean easily. A step to access the toilet so not user friendly to elderly people. Bed was a double, still quite small for big people. Heating made the room really stuffy and warm, had to borrow a fan and opened room door to ventilate often. No Netflix, but can screen cast YouTube. Really like the buffet on 4F, convenience store on……

“A large size resort with various of activities, from diving to parasailing, even kart racing. There a many reefs, in good conditional, for snorkeling. Sharks and stingray could be easily observed from beaches and villas. The buffet breakfast and lunch are in average standard, while the a la carte restaurants are better than expected. However, the shuttle service has to be improved, especially on early morning and late night. ”
