“The property was unique in that it is above a pub/restaurant. The room was very spacious, but the carpet was obviously stained and needed a good shampoo cleaning. The room itself was clean in every other way. It had all the amenities one would want in a hotel room. Breakfast was not included. “The Snug hotel was true to its name, our room was very compact, but clean and a comfortable bed for our one night stay in Galway. The location can’t be beat and the hotel staff was very helpful in providing recommendations for the local area. We didn’t have any issues with noise as other have mentioned. It does take a bit of rearranging to have two suitcases open at once as floor space is minimal but there is a space under the bed to keep one larger suitcase open at all times. Also, there is no……
