With 1 bedroom (1 Queen), 1 bath and approximately 300 square feet. This apartment is an efficiency but feels roomier than most. It includes all the necessity's needed like: bedding, linens, housewares, etc.. It also includes a small sofa bed (full) for added guests (apartment sleeps 2-3 total, please inquire regarding additional occupancy fees). It is centrally located and within a short walking distance to restaurants, shopping, entertainment and Muskegon's Famous Farmers Market. Additional features: high efficiency ductless heating and air conditioning, gas stove/oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, k-cup coffee maker and microwave. Free Gigabit Internet is included with Roku Streaming TV's in the bedroom and living room. One reserved onsite parking space is included with the rental; additional street parking and an adjacent parking lot is also available.

***Please note that in order to keep our prices as low as possible for lower guest occupancy we do charge for additional occupancy beyond 2 adults.
